What is Inventory Intelligence?

Last updated July 2026

Definition

Inventory intelligence is a live, decision-ready view of what you hold, what it's worth, and what to do with it — across every location — rather than static reports.

Traditional systems record quantities; inventory intelligence adds classification, valuation, and recommended action, so slow movers, imbalance, and surplus surface on their own.

It is the foundation for autonomous operations: you cannot automate a decision the system cannot see.

See what your inventory is really costing you.

Tell us where the cash is trapped — excess stock, idle surplus, slow RFQs — and we'll show you the outcome Maintained can unlock.
